Spring 2016, day 50 of bird ringing

Yesterday we had to close the nets after the first net round due to rain that lasted more or less up to midday. The weather improved slightly today So we managed to ring though the whole constant effort session. The bird of the day was defiantly the Common House Martin (Delichon urbicum, Λευκοχελίδονο ;39 ringed). We also had more Eastern Olivaceous Warbler (Iduna pallida, Ωχροστριτσίδα) and Sedge Warbler (Acrocephalus schoenobaenus, Σχοινοποταμίδα) than usual.

In total 89 birds at the constant effort site.
