Spring 2017, Day 14 of bird ringing.
Even though the wind has not faded out we had a peaty nice day regarding species and number of ringed birds. In total we got close to 100 birds 68 of which were at the constant effort site. Two new species for the season the Garden Warbler (Sylvia borin, Κηποτσιροβάκος) for the season and the Yellow Wagtail (Motacilla flava, Κιτρινοσουσουράδα).
The most abundant species being the European Pied Flycatcher (Ficedula hypoleuca, Μαυρομυγοχάφτης)! More info regarding the constant effort site here: http://www.trektellen.org/count/view/1696/20170408
